Account Manager/Business Development
About the Job
We are seeking experienced Professionals to support growth in our Santa Clara, CA office. Responsibilities will include working a blended desk with equal emphasis on Business Development AND Recruiting. This role requires individuals who are Dynamic, Self-Motivated, Persistent and Creative Problem Solvers. This is a full time, direct job position offering a comprehensive benefits package.
Background in Technical Sales is desired.
- Develop new client prospects in Northern California and the Western United States.
- Cultivate and maintain database of current and past clients.
- Continuously develop new business by cold calling and attending a variety of marketing and trade show events...etc
- Support your personal job orders as well as the branch's with qualified candidate submittals
- Follow up with managers/decision makers to set up interviews and make placements
- Continuously develop candidate sources by recruiting, attending marketing events, user group...etc
Years of experience
- 3 to 7 years of experience
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Experienced (Non-Manager)
- Average 1st year salary is $40,000 to $85,000
