Job Description
Qualifications:
- Educational background in Engineering/Industrial Engineering or Computer Science (BS/MS) – 5 + years’ experience as a CAD/PLM Administrator
- Must have experience in implementing, configuring and customizing, testing Arena PLM software (experience with other cloud-based/SaaS PLM software is helpful – Agile, SAP, Oracle, Omnify…etc.)
- Experience in implementing, configuring and customizing Onshape CAD software is a plus (experience with SolidWorks, Creo is helpful)
- Knowledge of IT architecture related to PLM (client-server, cloud, SaaS, ...), software development, interface and web technologies, and database systems
- Experience in CAD/PLM license management, workflow configuration, library management, revision control, change management, BOM management, quality workflow, user support
- Strong communications skills, customer focus
- Support 40+ internal and external users of Onshape and Arena over 2 locations
- Work with PTC’s Solutions Architects to support cloud licensing and access
- Manage all licensing, access, permissioning activities
- Support continuous refinement of R&D and Manufacturing workflow, product data management, change control, and release management
- Implement workflow configuration at the approval of management
- Lead training for Arena and Onshape
- Support Change Control Board activities
- Provide Help Desk support for CAD and PLM user issues
