Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer
- AutoCAD, Siemens PLC Programming
- Previous experience designing high power distribution systems
- Electrical engineering experience in industries such as semiconductor, manufacturing or industrial equipment, renewable energy systems
- Experience designing subsystems including racks/transformers, cables, power distribution units, etc.
- Program and configure Siemens PLCs for power distribution applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming and electrical systems.
- Design experience with line filters, line conditioning systems, and other power accessories is helpful
- Support troubleshooting and testing of equipment failures in the field - especially related to power system components
- Design and develop high power distribution systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
- Program controls for the integration of new tools in customer environments using Siemens PLC programming (Step 7, TIA Portal)
- Design and implement line filters and line conditioning solutions to enhance system performance and reduce electromagnetic interference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare technical documentation, including system specifications, design reports, and operation manuals.
