- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, applications engineering, or technical support within the turbine or rotating equipment sector.
- Strong understanding of packaging systems, including mechanical design, thermal considerations, and integration requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into customer-focused solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships.
- Proficiency in engineering tools and CRM software.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the turbine and rotating equipment markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, OEMs, and industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical consultations and proposals tailored to customer needs and specifications.
- Understand customer requirements, including design, performance, and compliance standards for turbine and rotating equipment packaging.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimized solutions for packaging and integration.
- Present technical solutions to customers, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with their objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal engineering teams during the proposal and design phases.
- Manage timelines and ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards.
- Provide input during project reviews to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Offer post-sale support, addressing technical issues and ensuring seamless project implementation.
- Assist with training and product demonstrations to enhance customer experience and understanding.
