Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (5+ years), PE License preferred
- Industry experience – Industrial manufacturing equipment, process equipment
- Solidworks
- Experience with industrial mechanical equipment, such as pressure vessels, pumps, piping, valves, heat exchangers, air coolers, fans, tanks
- Knowledgeable on system integration, such as configuring arrangement of vessels, valves, instrumentation, piping
- Understanding of heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics
- Familiar with industrial mechanical design codes: ASME Section I & VIII, Div.1, ASME B31,1 & B31.3, API 650, API 610, TEMA, ASTM
- Scope, define, design, deliver, and validate integrated balance-of-plant (BOP) system
- Generate and review specifications of key equipment, such as pumps, valves, vessels, tanks, fittings, heat exchangers, instrumentation
- Oversee and collaborate on PFDs, P&IDs, and 3D piping design
- Coordinate and oversee installations of integrated systems
