Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Science of Mechanical Engineer
  • SolidWorks
  • FEA experience (SolidWork Simulation) for static , modal, thermal and stress
  • Strong knowledge of GD&T
  • Experience with high volume sheet metal designs
  • Experience with Tolerance stack analysis
  • Experience with electronic enclosures
  • Understanding of EMI shielding
  • Cable routing experience a plus
Responsibilities:
  • Design electro-mechanical enclosures
  • Create 3 d models and associated drawings
  • Generate ECO and redlines
  • Perform Finite Element Analysis to  ensure proper designs
  • Work with outside vendors for prototyping
  • Assist NPI and manufacturing engineers on manufacturing issues
