Qualifications:

  • BS in Technical Field (or equivalent)
  • 6+ years of operations management experience - planning, budgeting, scheduling, materials, production, shipping and receiving
  • At least 5 years in senior management
  • Knowledge of electromechanical assembly, materials, control methods, procedures, planning
  • Familiarity with regulated industries, especially ISO 13485 and FDA is an advantage
  • Experience in highly customer-facing roles
  • Familiar with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) System
  • Strong leadership skills and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the leaders of Purchasing, Operations, Manufacturing, Shipping/Receiving departments
  • Develop and monitor operations budget
  • Establish purchasing and quality contracts with suppliers; selecting and qualifying suppliers
  • Supervise marketing forecasts, material forecast, production schedules to ensure timely delivery to customers
  • Establish and maintain policies for production for internal policies and ISO 13485, FDA QSR
  • Participate in ISO and FDA audits
  • Collaborate with team on NPI/product development, marketing, workplace safety, customer service, etc.
  • Review manufacturing plans, PFMEA’s, V&V’s
