Job Description
Qualifications:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Will look at candidates with other engineering degrees
- Semiconductor process equipment experience (Thin Film, Deposition, ETCH)
- Experience interfacing with customers and understanding the technical needs
- RF power and RF match box experience
- Understanding of High Power applications
- AC/DC and DC/DC conversion experience
- understand the what and the why a customer may need certain power requirement
- Understanding of vacuum systems
- Must be able to troubleshoot electronic subsystems
- Able to use Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, and Digital Multimeters
- Must have strong communication skills and be able to make technical presentations
- Interface with customers and understand their equipment and systems requirements
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert and educate customers on client offerings
- Suggest alternative products that may be a better fit for customer needs
- Troubleshoot and bring up new products at Client sites
- Must be able to flawlessly interface with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain, and upper management
- Generate new business and Identify new opportunities and customer sites
- Role will be working at Customer site at least 50% of the time
