Job Description
Qualifications:
- Masters/ Bachelors Degree Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing)
- MBA a plus
- 10 Plus years driving product development projects from conceptualization through industrialization
- High Volume plastic injection molding strongly preferred
- Consumer products or consumable medical device development and manufacturing required
- Experience with fluidics, valves, piping, plumbing related products desired
- Global Experience related to oversight of engineering resources and manufacturing operations in Europe, Mexico & Asia highly preferred
- Innovate & drive new product designs and improve current development lifecycle
- Expand new product lines outside current product lines & technologies
- Simply/ streamline core product lines and reduce number of SKU's to allow for new development
- Manage global engineering efforts, with a focus initially in European markets with attention also in India and Mexico
- Work with all aspects of the business to ensure clear roadmap for engineering deliverables and to create a world class global engineering team
