Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in the Engineering field
- 5+ years’ experience of project management and product development from concept through manufacturing
- Strong customer-facing experience
- Medical device experience is a plus
- Experience managing scheduling and budgeting
- Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, from start-to-finish
- Business development experience is a plus, including hosting trade show booths, quote/proposal writing
Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for clients and manufacturing partner
- Monitor project quality, identify potential problem areas, resolve project issues
- Organize, direct, and evaluate the efforts of engineering team member
- Lead proactive, professional client communication regarding technical updates: clear and timely feedback on project status, expectations, and concerns
