Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred
- Must have experience with with Beckhoff PLCs and related control hardware/software.
- Knowledge of industrial control system design, PLC programming, and integration.
- Ability to create control wiring diagrams, electrical schematics, and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Knowledge of electrical standards such as IEC, NEC, or NEMA and relevant safety standards such as NFPA
- Design, develop, and implement control systems using Beckhoff PLCs for high-voltage power systems.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure control system designs meet both functional and safety requirements.
- Generate BOM for control systems, including parts and components required for electrical control systems and PLC integrations.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of designs, control wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
