Qualifications 
  • Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering required 
  • Coursework related to RF Microwave Components, Antenna Theory, Physics, or similar fields. 
  • SolidWorks (Plus) 
  • Dynamic and hands-on personality 
Responsibilities: 
  • The candidate will join the company with the purpose of learning and undergoing training to become an Engineer.
  • Assigned to projects designed to push current capabilities to their limits.
  • Exposed to a wide array of engineering fields to maximize learning opportunities.
  • Encouraged to progress at their own pace.
  • Additional work assignments determined by skill level and business requirements.
  • Potential areas of engineering exposure include:
  1. Managing and optimizing manufacturing systems.
  2. Overseeing quality management systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Utilizing various processes and techniques for the creation and integration of complex RF Microwave products and Antenna Feed Networks, such as metal-forming, machining, casting, mechanical assembly, brazing and soldering, adhesive bonding and sealing, metal-finishing, and electroforming.
  4. Establishing and maintaining methods/documentation, operation sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, and assemblies.
  5. Developing fabrication processes, Bills of Materials, and routers.
  6. Designing test methods and conducting testing of finished products and systems.
  7. Exploring Microwave Reflector Antenna design concepts and techniques.
  8. Applying principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, heat transfer, and material science.
  9. Creating 3D parametric models and 2D drawings.
  10. Evaluating and designing mechanical and electromechanical systems.
  • Training provided to establish a foundation for tackling various engineering areas, including:
  1. Mechanical design, development, and fabrication of passive RF Microwave components and antenna subsystems.
  2. Application of principles of mechanics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer, and material science.
  3. Development of complex electro-mechanical systems for feed systems, encompassing designs, drawings, performance predictions, and verification requirements.
  4. Implementation and maintenance of methods/documentation, operation sequences, and processes for fabricating parts, components, and assemblies.
  5. Designing test methods and conducting testing of finished products and systems.
