Job Description

Qualifications:
  • BS in Engineering 
  • 1+ years experience in manufacturing, preferably with industrial equipment and processes (welding fundamentals, lasers, 3D printing, CNC machines)
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks and MATLAB
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel domestically & internationally for training classes and customer visits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone and occasionally on-site 
  • Work with engineering and sales departments to evaluate customer samples and recommend appropriate prototypes, components, and processes for their applications
  • Give detailed presentations on how equipment is used with various applications
  • Travel to customer sites to provide training classes and help with process development for equipment
