Job Description

Qualifications:
  • BS in Engineering
  • Must know the fundamentals of Resistance Welding
  • 2+ years experience in an Applications, Manufacturing, Product, Industrial or Field Service engineering role
  • Microsoft Office - PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to travel domestically & internationally (20-25%) for training classes and customer visits
Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via email, phone and occasionally on-site 
  • Work with engineering and sales departments to evaluate customer samples and recommend appropriate prototypes, components, and processes for their applications
  • Give detailed presentations on how equipment is used with various applications
  • Travel to customer sites to provide training classes and help with process development for equipment
