Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (Recent grads OK).
- Interest in automotive systems and restoration a plus
- Experience or exposure to NetSuite (or similar ERP systems like SAP or Oracle). PDM (SWX PDM, EPDM, Windchill, other)
- Must have experience and understanding auditing & creating Bills of Materials, ECN, ECO's and documentation of design packages.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation.
- Attributes: Extreme attention to detail - accuracy in BOMs is non-negotiable.
- A "detective" mindset for resolving discrepancies in old product data.
- BOM Architecture: Audit and build multi-level Bills of Materials for legacy and "Old SKU" products, ensuring every nut, bolt, and sub-assembly is accounted for.
- ERP Management: Data entry and maintenance within NetSuite to ensure inventory accuracy, procurement triggers, and production reliability.
- Legacy Documentation: Reverse-engineer assembly requirements from physical samples or older 2D drawings where 3D data may be incomplete.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with the production and warehouse teams to verify that digital BOMs match the physical reality of our kits
