We are seeking an experienced Staffing Professional to develop and grow our contingent staffing book of business in the Southern California region.

Responsibilities:

- Generate contingent staffing revenue by identifying and contacting potential hiring clients in the Southern California region
- Persistently makes follow-up calls and books in-person meetings with prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with current account contacts
- Cultivate and maintain current and past contacts using company CRM
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree requiredÂ
- Minimum 2 years of staffing industry experience
- Ability to build strong relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and other recruitersÂ
- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Knowledge of ATS and CRM applications a plusÂ
- Proven ability to deliver and achieve results in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentÂ
