Job Description

Qualifications:
  • BS Aerospace Engineering (Master's Preferred) 
  • Product development of manned and unmanned aircraft vehicle
  • Experience employing Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
  • Software Development & Validation Plan Development
  • Expereince with entry and exit criteria for major program reviews including: SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, FCA/PCA, and PRR (production readiness reviews)
  • Experience leading other Chief Engineers a plus
  • Security Clearance Preferred 
  • US Citizen Required

Responsibilities:
  • Lead of various projects 
  • Direct the development of a complete program plan 
  • Establish reliability development, qualification & definition 
  • assure flight test and qualification first pass success
  • Generate  prime SOW and SOW with defined deliverables for each supplier
