Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelors Degree Civil Engineering or related technical education
- 1-3 years Construction Project Management
- MS Project and MS office suite
- Waste Water & Public Works Project Experience Pump Stations, Water Treatment for cities and water districts
- Ability to read mechanical, electrical construction plans
- Experience with Project Labor Agreements and experience with unions: Labor, Carpentry, electrical, etc.
- Knowledge of registering submittals and request for information
- Excellent organizational & communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Managers to Plan, schedule, and track milestones, budgets
- Prepare Preliminary Design Reports
- Perform research and analytical tasks, masterplans, management plans, asset management plans, supply assessments, risk assessments, flow monitoring as it relates to water management
