Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5-10+ years of electrical engineering experience in industrial automation, material handling, or conveyor systems
• Strong experience with PLC programming, Allen-Bradley ControlLogix highly desirable
• Proven project management experience managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Broad knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices as applied to automated material handling and conveyor systems
• Experience with design, implementation, and improvement of electrical control systems for industrial and conveyor applications
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety requirements
• Ability to read and prepare technical drawings and specifications
• Strong communication skills to work with engineers, customers, and management
• Ability to perform assignments independently with minimal instruction
• Experience providing technical direction and training to drafters, designers, and junior engineers
• Willingness to travel for field surveys, installations, and site support

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and improve electrical control systems for conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and industrial automation applications
• Program and operate computer systems including Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC systems and write software for conveyor automation control
• Oversee project efforts from beginning to end ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to customer specifications
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with codes and requirements
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop project plans, manage budgets, and communicate expectations to team members and senior management
