Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- BSEE, Systems, Test Engineering with 5+ years of experience in customer facing technical role
- Experience with fuel cell, power generation, automotive, thermal systems
- Demonstrated experience in customer management, systems integration, real-time troubleshooting, vehicle CAN communications
- Experience in field testing/troubleshooting of electrical and thermal systems
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle shifting priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Support in-house prototype and commercial product development, testing and troubleshooting.
- Lead hands-on customer and field support from product concept to commercialization
- Development of customer/application specific product designs and specifications.
- Installation, testing, data analysis & troubleshooting for customer product evaluations.
- Independent 3rd party product testing and certification (CARB emissions). Competitive intelligence and product benchmarking.
- Work closely in a collaborative environment with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to achieve the required product performance across the operating range.
- Design and build test equipment and protocols to validate designs.
- Follow best in class engineering practices: DFMEA, 5D analysis, design reviews, statistical analysis etc.
