Director of Service (PSN)
Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical field, or related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in service management within industrial equipment, water systems, or manufacturing.
- Proficiency with water pump systems, electric motors, drives, and control systems.
- Strong background in electrical and mechanical system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience managing technical support teams, field service, and customer service operations.
- Knowledge of parts management, procurement, and web-based parts ordering systems (e.g., PARR).
- Experience supporting product installation, start-up, and troubleshooting across diverse product lines.
- Familiarity with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance relevant to water systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the support operations for Watertronics products, ensuring quick response times and high service quality.
- Lead and develop the team of technical support technicians, service coordinators, and support specialists.
- Manage product delivery schedules, resolve shipment and installation issues, and support troubleshooting for field technicians.
- Grow the aftermarket parts sales business and optimize parts fulfillment processes through maintaining and enhancing the online parts ordering platform.
- Engage with the independent service network to provide training, support certification programs, and build customer loyalty.
