Leadership:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in C#, C++, and Python with a strong background in GUI/Application development (WPF).
- Deep understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, multi-threading, network communication, and automation.
- Experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Visual Studio 2019, and version control systems (Git, SVN).
- Hands-on experience in equipment control software within the semiconductor or semiconductor equipment industries.
- Extensive knowledge and practical experience with SEMI Standards (E4, E5, E37, E39, E40, E58, E87, E90, E94, E116).
- Familiarity with Linux is also required.
Leadership:
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams (6–15 engineers) and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience building and enforcing processes, procedures, and training to ensure compliance.
- Ability to mentor entry-level engineers and provide direction during code/design reviews.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing and documentation.
- Ensure high-quality software design and architecture, promoting clean, efficient, and testable code.
- Drive automation testing and ensure validation/verification testing is completed.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (mechanical, electrical, software) for system-level integration.
- Actively participate in reviews of specifications, code, documentation, and test cases.
