Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years in global logistics leadership, managing teams in Purchasing, logistics, inventory & warehousing across multiple U.S. locations in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience in operations optimization, large-scale logistics, and procurement initiatives.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., MS D365) and inventory management tools.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership, Logistics & Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Procurement & Vendor Management
- Optimize supply chain efficiency and lead cost-reduction initiatives.
- Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Oversee inbound/outbound transportation and 3PL warehousing operations.
- Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and address inefficiencies.
- Develop inventory strategies to balance stock levels and lead times.
- Manage inter-company purchasing and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
- Lead sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management for U.S. manufacturing.
- Coordinate with R&D to source cost-efficient materials early in development.
- Build and mentor high-performing teams in logistics, inventory, and procurement.
