Job Description
Technical:
- BS/MS in Computer Science
- BioTech or life science experience a pls
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Perl, XML and cXML
- Experience with Web Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital marketing, UI/UX
- Experience with automated ordering systems on Web Sites
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in digital customer engagement
- Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and continuous improvement of the company’s websites and e-commerce systems
- Manage team to develop and maintain website and web content
- Develop Web and e-commerce customer experience (CX)
- Define and drive the long-term vision and roadmap for corporate web properties and e-commerce platforms
- Implement A/B testing, personalization, and user behavior analytics to enhance engagement and retention.
- Oversee integration of back-end systems including ERP, CRM, PIM, and order fulfillment to ensure smooth e-commerce operations
