Job Description
Qualifications :
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in an electrical engineering role, preferably involving customer and/or applications support
- Knowledge of Python, along with C++ or C#
- Hands-on troubleshooting of electronics, firmware, hardware
- Must have good communication skills and be able to interact with both technical and non-technical people
- Able to understand PCB layouts and schematics
- Assist and coordinate with customers for product setup, system integration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and evaluate testing requirements and procedures for new products, including cameras, imaging systems, sensors
- Create and maintain features/functions demos and product support documentation, such as user guides
- Conduct in-person and virtual technical presentations for customers, sales and engineering groups
