Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science Electrical Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience design of industrial control panels/ power supplies
- ACAD for schematics layouts Wire Cable
- SolidWorks for Sheet Metal
- Some Schematic and Assembly documentation
- UL 508A knowledge, NEC & IEC Codes Compliance
- Hands on cradle to grave experience
- Direct customer interaction experience
- Prior experience developing Control Panel Layouts & BOMs is preferred
- Ability to read, interpret, and create blueprints & schematics.
- Experienced creating, updating, and making improvements to industrial drafts is preferred.
- Work from customer requirement to design projects and assist with creating and or refining control panel designs
- Create detailed documentation, including schematics, wiring diagrams, panel layouts, and bills of materials.
- Create BOMs, and other project documentation.
- Modification of Power Supplies
- Create fabrication drawings and detail drawings for miscellaneous components.
- Work closely and coordinate with engineering staff and shop fabrication teams during the development and fabrication phases of a project.
