Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Electrical Design experience in power products (power supplies, power conversion), motor controllers and industrial applications
- Altium experience required
- Circuit design experience, circuit analysis, simulation, test and troubleshoot
- Experience designing analog circuits, RF, or mixed signal circuits
- Extensive experience designing Surface Mount Devices, thick copper boards, insulated metal substrate boards, double-side, mixed-signal, multi-layered PCB’s
- Extensive experience creating PCB schematics and PCB layout
- Strong familiarity with PCB fabrication processes, IPC standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Support new product development and test requirements
- Design motor controller circuits, SMD’s
- Design, setup, perform test to ensure specifications are met
- Prototype PCB’s, bring-up, test, troubleshoot
- Support all aspects of PCB development including maintaining components library in Altium, ECO’s, test and analysis data documentation
- Support manufacturing and sustain engineering as needed
