Electrical Engineer - Controls

Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • AutoCAD Electrical experience
  • Allen-Bradley programming preferred
  • MicroLogix and ControlLogix experience is helpful
  • Experience with industrial control equipment: relays, power supplies, PLCs, IO cards, PCBs
  • Design and draft panel layouts, loop schematics, wiring and cable lists, and BOMs
  • Experience selecting industrial control systems hardware for use with PLC control systems
  • Familiar with UL 508A standards, NEC, and NFPA 70
Responsibilities:
  • Automation and control system build architecture
  • Creating the electrical schematics and layout CAD drawings
  • Developing the documentation of controls system
