Job Description
Qualifications:
-
MS or BS EE, or similar Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
-
8+ years of experience in test engineering
-
2-3 years in a leadership or managerial role
-
Hands-on experience with ATE platforms
-
Proven expertise in test program development, debugging, and validation
-
Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, DFT techniques, and failure analysis
-
Experience with Java, C/C++, Python, Perl
-
Excellent leadership, communication
-
Experience in managing teams
-
Experience in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
-
ISO, JEDEC, or automotive (AEC-Q100) quality standards
-
Experience with PAC, mixed-signal or RF testing is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
-
Lead and manage a team of application engineers to develop test programs for high-volume production
-
Generate project plans
-
Perform as a good communicator, listener and customer decision influencer
-
Define and execute test strategies and roadmaps
-
Oversee test hardware (load boards, probe cards, interface hardware) and software development
-
Collaborate closely with customer, sales, BD/MKT, COE and R&D teams to define product strategies and ensure testability
-
Own and monitor KPIs related to test development and production quality
-
Ensure timely support for new product introductions (NPIs) and transitions to high-volume manufacturing
-
Manage ATE infrastructure, tools, and vendor relationships.

Support root cause analysis of test escapes

Lead hiring, mentoring, performance management, and career development for the test engineering team
