Job Description
Qualifications:
- No formal degree required, Associate's Degree is a plus
- 4+ years of industry experience as a maintenance or field service engineer working with high power equipment
- Ability to build and wire chassis for PLC and server racks
- Ability to crimp wires and fabricate electronics components
- Hands-on experience in fabrication, assembling, testing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting high power electrical subsystems
- Fabricate, assemble, machine, install, and set up a variety of scientific equipment, components, devices, or systems and perform related technical support activities
- Test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, cables, PLC control boxes
- Modify and provide feedback on calibration, maintenance, and operating procedures
