Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics
- 1+ years of experience in Aerospace and Manufacturing, CNC knowledge (a plus)
- SolidWorks and AutoCAD experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- New product development, design of components, assemblies, and define the product’s electrical and mechanical specifications
- Solid understanding of PCBs, circuit components, and the flow of a circuit’s diagram.
- Conduct research and development for new products.
- Design components, generate layout, assemblies, and define the electrical and mechanical parameters.
- Create a functional design, select & test components, implement on a PCB.
- Convert design into proposal drawings.
- Tooling design for the fabrication of prototype.
- Create specifications for parts required to manufacture a product.
- Participate in the documentation of new product development
- Utilize CAD system for the creation of documentation with MIL standards.
- Assemble, prototype, and repair switch mechanisms.
- Cross review customer specifications with product specifications.
- Check drawings, specifications, and other technical documents for accuracy, completeness, and professional content.
- Make suggestions on product improvements.
- Participate in the selection of materials.
