Job Description
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or military technical training is an advantage
- 2+ years of experience in the test, build, and troubleshooting of electromechanical equipment
- Ability to develop tests and test procedures based on systems schematics
- Experience troubleshooting at the systems level, mechanical subsystems, electrical subsytems - motors, stages, mechanisms, cables, board install
- Experience in testing digital and analog hardware systems
- Ability to read complicated drawings, mathematics, handbook formulas, and a variety of testing and measuring instruments
- Experience in selecting and setting up test equipment
- Performs the build, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of mechanical assemblies at a system level
- Assembly work in Class 100 clean room
- Maintain tool schedules, complete alignments based on test times.
- Support tool progression priorities, including the testing and troubleshooting of systems and assemblies
- Prepare technical reports to summarize test findings and details recommended solutions to technical problems
- Maintain test tooling, sending/receiving tooling to complete daily work activities (3rd party calibration)
