Job Description

Qualifications:
  • BSEE, 10+ year’s experience in Hardware Engineering
  • Experience in design of Circuit Card Assemblies, Printed Circuit Boards, Printed Circuit Assemblies for Aviation, Defense, Medical, and Industrial applications
  • Experience with Military/DOD design process a plus
  • Experience with ECAD such as Altium, Allegro, PADS, PLM systems
  • Strong familiarity with component engineering, sourcing and supply chain of electronics components, RoHS
  • Familiarity in working with Contract Manufacturing partners
  • Extensive experience with JTAG test development, test fixture design and debugging, Test, Debugging, Test data collection
  • On-site work schedule with hybrid flexibility
Responsibilities:
  • Familiar with Military Projects knowledge of DoD military process is for design. Identify the steps to comply with the design process.
  • Re-Design identify a general redesign or technology refresh whenever we have to change a PWB or change a BOM to add an interposer.
  • Test adapters Design Identify requirements, design and layout.
  • jTag Test development Identify requirements & write jTag test programs.
  • Test fixture design/debug Defining requirements for test & deep dive into documentation.
  • Engineering Solutions Identifying Engineering Solutions for new test fixtures, design, non-FFF crosses.
  • Interface with Vendors Technical discussions with vendors to resolve issues or have detailed technical questions.
  • Design authority. Approval of design work.Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with embedded  systems design, PCB design, component engineering, sourcing and supply chain of electronics components, RoHS
  • Familiarity in working with Contract Manufacturing partners
  • Extensive experience with JTAG test development, test fixture design and debugging, Test, Debugging, Test data collection
  • US Citizenship or Green Card
