Engineering Program Manager

Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in the Engineering field
  • 5+ years’ experience of project management and product development from concept through manufacturing 
  • Strong customer-facing experience
  • Medical device experience is a plus
  • Experience managing scheduling and budgeting
  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, from start-to-finish
  • Business development experience is a plus, including hosting trade show booths, quote/proposal writing

Responsibilities:

  • Act as main point of contact for clients and manufacturing partner
  • Monitor project quality, identify potential problem areas, resolve project issues
  • Organize, direct, and evaluate the efforts of engineering team member
  • Lead proactive, professional client communication regarding technical updates: clear and timely feedback on project status, expectations, and concerns
