Job Description
Qualifications
- Hands-on fabrication experience — mill, lathe, drill press, 8020, and general woodworking
- Mechanical assembly experience in a structured shop or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and craftsmanship
- Familiarity with basic metrology and inspection tools
- Proficient in Google Workspace or equivalent documentation tools
- Self-directed with the ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
Nice to Have
- SolidWorks — ability to read models and drawings
- Electrical controls or low-voltage panel wiring
- Fine detail assembly experience
- Medical device or regulated manufacturing background
