Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- AA, High School Diploma, equivalent
- Carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, equipment repair
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, familiarity with industrial equipment and facilities
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Ability to perform facilities repairs, upgrades, maintenance…etc.
- Experience with air compressors, chillers, process piping, gas delivery systems
- Experience with electrical/power systems for facilities and equipment (110, 220, 480 volts…etc.)
- Ability to read electrical schematics, floor plan, lighting plans…etc.
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Familiar with OSHA safety and occupational hazard practices
Responsibilities:
- Perform carpentry tasks to maintain, repair, upgrade manufacturing and office facilities as needed
- Replace Lamps and troubleshoot/repair light fixtures, install receptacles and inspect wires as directed
- Perform troubleshooting and maintenance on infrastructure and equipment as directed
- Perform small tasks and inspect fixtures. Repair equipment as directed
