Job Description
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
- Two years of field service and troubleshooting experience.
- Strong knowledge of electronic, electromechanical, and electrical power systems.
- Proficient with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and network configuration.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record; frequent travel required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, respond to emergencies, and operate a ladder or bucket truck.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electronic, computer, and network systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic failures down to the board level.
- Operate and configure related computer software and equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers and team members.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and implement software/firmware updates.
- Travel out of state up to 25%.
- Follow safety regulations and company procedures.
