Job Description
Qualifications:
- BS in engineering preferred but not a must
- Experience with Semiconductor Capital Equipment
- Strong Electro-mechanical background
- Experience with Helium Leak Checking for vacuum systems
- Able to troubleshoot both electronics and mechanical assemblies
- Able to read schematics, P&ID, procedures and assembly instructions
- Must be able to solve problems independently
- Support development of a new product by modifying and maintaining prototype equipment and help develop procedures and documentation as needed in support of design and R&D activities which likely have little or no written procedures.
- Perform Preventative and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot and calibrate new equipment
- Install new tool and retrofit existing tools
