Job Description
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering preferred
- Experience in X-ray technologies a plus
- Lean and 6 Sigma
- Experience with high voltage equipment
- Experience and proficiency running a "shop floor" with high turn Daily run shop floor management,
- Ability to lead a team of technicians
- Ability to organize and prioritize schedules
- Experience with forecasting work flow, team training, team utilization and regular communications to interconnected groups
- Ability to ensure customer turn around times are met
- Strong communications since with will be dealing with customers
- Perform and support the analysis and repair of X-ray tubes, generators and related devices and accessory components that have failed in the field.
- Ensure schedules and deliverables are met
- Mentor team
- Figure out what’s most important, then put that into action, on a daily basis
- Make cost estimates for the execution of repair orders
- Develop, discuss and regularly review annual performance goals and objectives with each employee on the team
