Job Description
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or related technical field
-
4+ years of manufacturing engineering leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have experience leading manufacturing efforts for high-volume and/or high-mix technology.

Experience leading NPI in production environments.

Applied knowledge of DFM, process validation, and continuous improvement
-
Proficient with manufacturing documentation including management of BOMs, ECNs, and MES systems
-
Ability to lead engineering teams through engineering, design, and production validation testing (EVT/DVT/PVT)
Responsibilities:

Lead the development of new manufacturing processes

Responsible for process validation, training operators
-
Guide production through the prototype phase and ramp-up to high-volume manufacturing capabilities
-
Responsible for capacity planning, time studies, space optimization in production environment

Collaborate with cross-functional engineers from quality and test during DfX reviews, addressing any bottlenecks or defect issues
-
Use reporting tools and data acquisition (MES) to monitor equipment/production lines
