Job Description
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering (or other technical degree) and a minimum of 7 years of executive-level management experience.
- Extensive knowledge in process and power generation company operations, combustion engineering, and related technical areas.
- PMP certification is a plus, and experience in a fabrication facility is required
- ERP Implementation experience
- Proven ability in project management and staff management, with a strong leadership background.
- Experience in manufacturing and Lean Principles..
Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate company operations to ensure smooth departmental functioning.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee project schedules, compliance standards, and company standards, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Implement and manage ERP systems and standardize production, shipping/receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Lead client review meetings, document milestones, and advise management.
- Manage daily operations, forecast budgets, and address issues like risk management and employee problems.
- Contribute to short and long-term organizational planning as part of the management team.
