Manufacturing Project Manager - TX
Job Description
Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing with 3 to 5 years of experience in an industrial environment.

Proficiency in CAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software.

Direct experience managing greenfield facility setups or the transfer of production lines.

Professional fluency in Mandarin and English to facilitate technical discussions across global regions.

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing principles including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.

Thorough understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems and OSHA safety regulations.
Responsibilities

Create and maintain a detailed project plan outlining every phase of the manufacturing line transfer and monitoring critical deadlines.

Oversee the decommissioning, installation, and calibration of machinery and specialized tooling at the new site.

Ensure all technical manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions are updated and accurately transferred.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance to align on project needs.

Identify project risks and bottlenecks early to implement effective mitigation strategies and backup plans.
