Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Mechanical Engineering a plus
- 3+ years of experience in conveyor system design.
- Proven expertise in using Autodesk Inventor modeling software for drafting and design.
- Experience in mechanical, sheet metal, and machining design is required.
- Experience with platform and pneumatic design is a plus.
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimal instruction or supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Produce Designs, Drawings and Bills of Materials for conveyor systems.
- Utilize Autodesk Inventor 3D design modeling software to create designs for components, weldments, and bolt-together assemblies.
- Generate detailed drawings for fabrication and assembly purposes.
- Maintain a basic understanding of pneumatic components.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and various departments.
- Proficiency in utilizing common computer programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
