Job Description
Qualifications:
- BSME/MSME
- 5+ Years Semiconductor industry experience preferred
- Proficient in CAD (Creo, NX, SolidWorks, or similar)
- Strong skills in sheet metal, weldments, machining design, and fabrication
- Knowledge of GD&T, heat transfer, pneumatics, and fluid distribution
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Support the full life cycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept through productization
- Design components with emphasis on manufacturability, quality, and cost optimization
- Conduct structural, FEA, thermal, stress, vibration, and fluid/gas flow analyses
- Develop and execute feasibility studies and test plans to validate design performance
- Ensure proper documentation, including technical specifications, GD&T, and industry standards
- Prepare high-quality reports and presentations for design reviews
- Deliver FMEA, risk analysis, test specifications, and design documentation
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturability and reliability
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers
