Responsibilities:

- BSME with 10+ years’ of experience designing complex mechanical or liquid cooling systems for electronics of HVAC
- Advanced proficiency in SolidWorks CAD (or equivalent 3-D CAD), FEA/CFD (thermal, flow analysis)
- Expertise in design of liquid cooling equipment (pumps, heat exchangers, valves, manifolds, plumbing…etc.)
- Knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including but not limited to stamping, brazing, welding, die casting and forging, and their application and limitations preferred
- Familiar with pipe fitting specifications and its typical applications, such as Quick Disconnects, NPT, BSPP, UNF/O-ring boss, AN/JIS, etc. is a plus
- Mandarin speaker
Responsibilities:
- Design and layout fluid components and structural hardware, sensors, and actuators. Specify and size components include quick disconnects, pipe fittings, manifolds, pumps, heat exchangers, and valves.
- Develop CAD models, provide engineering drawings for manufacture, and apply GD&T principles.
- Assure thermal systems meet requirements while optimizing energy efficiency, cost, weight, manufacturability, and serviceability.
- Pototypes designs, establish test methods, and analyze performance data.
- Identify and resolve thermal system issues effectively.
- This position requires proactive project management to drive the design to completion through collaboration and coordination.
