Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MBA/MS preferred).
- 10+ years in engineering leadership with increasing responsibility.
- Experience with oversight of test lab operations, sustaining engineering, and packaging engineering.

Plumbing, fluid dynamics, high-volume consumer goods manufacturing.
- Plastic injection molding, elastomeric part design
- ProE, Ansys, Windchill Microsoft Office Suite.

Managing geographically dispersed teams, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring staff.

Planning, problem-solving, and financial performance evaluation.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage product development projects, including innovation, cost reduction, and quality improvements.

Oversee cross-functional teams for design, validation, and product launch.

Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and corporate policies.

Direct engineering change management and documentation control.

Collaborate with Supply Chain and Manufacturing on product modifications.

Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and certifications.

Manage relationships across Retail, OEM, and Professional sales channels.

Develop engineering strategies in alignment with corporate goals.

Mentor and manage engineers, designers, and technical staff.
