Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have design experience using Creo/Pro-E
- 3+ years of experience designing and analyzing liquid cooling systems, ideally for applications such as data centers or industrial equipment
- Ability to use thermal analysis tools such as ANSYS, COMSOL
- Strong understanding of fluid dynamics, heat transfer principles, and materials selection for cooling applications.
- Ability to create P&ID documentation is an advantage
- Partner with controls, reliability, and other cross-functional team to develop cooling solutions that ensure the reliability and functionality of capital equipment in production environment
- Design and develop liquid cooling systems for industrial equipment, ensuring optimal thermal management and performance.
- Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to evaluate cooling system efficiency using CAD software and thermal modeling tools.
- Perform testing and validation of cooling prototypes, analyzing data to refine designs and improve system performance.
- Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and design reviews, to support project milestones and compliance standards.
