Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Manufacturing Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 3 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations analysis, industrial engineering, or business analytics
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is required
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Infor LN
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and data modeling
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau
- Knowledge of SQL and database reporting tools
- Experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments is preferred
Responsibilities
- Analyze manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, and customer service performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs, monitoring trends and root causes of gaps.
- Support operational reviews by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to inform leadership decision-making and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the automation of reporting processes, data validation, and building business intelligence solutions.
