Job Description
Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- BS/BA preferred – not required
- 15 years’ experience in a logistics/customer facing service industry (Pest control experience is a plus)
- 10 years' experience in a managerial role
- Demonstrated experience in business operations management
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership
- Strong financial management skills, P&L, budgeting
- Strong customer service focus
- Ability to travel 4X annually (trade conferences, training/education)
Responsibilities:
- Business Operations - manage all aspects of the business for the owner including marketing, sales, operations, management and finance.
- Team Leadership - build, develop, lead, manage, motivate and ensure accountable self-sufficient teams and enhance culture in all areas of the organization.
- Business Growth - grow the business with a focus on activities that increase recurring revenue.
- Business Systematization - build and standardize core company processes and ensure they are followed by all employees.
- Relationship Management - maintain and build relationships with customers, vendors, community and industry organizations.
