Job Description

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3-5 years in administrative, office coordination, or recruiting support (startup/high-growth environment preferred).
  • Expert User of Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively across teams.
     
Responsibilities
Receptionist
  • Be the primary point of contact for the HQ office, greeting visitors and handling inquiries (in-person, Slack, email).
  • Ensure a welcoming experience for all guests, including sign-ins and comfort.
  • Assist with basic visitor needs and ensure a top-notch visitor experience.
  • Partner with the People Team to assist in planning and executing internal events and gatherings (e.g., team lunches, happy hours, BBQs).
  • Support the Office Manager in setting up team lunches.
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events and meetings.
Recruiting Coordination
  • Ensure a professional and seamless candidate experience.
  • Maintain candidate tracking systems, organize feedback, and support recruiting process improvements.
